                                    1) Proportionate Fair Share and associated costs to housing.

2) Modification of impact fee requirements, including reduction, waiver, or alternative methods of fee payment.*

B. Expedited processing of development orders or permit approvals for affordable housing.*

C. Establishment of a process for local government to consider, before adoption, policies, plans, procedures, regulations, ordinances, or plans that increase the cost of housing.*

D. Inclusionary zoning/housing.
