Vaughn, owner for a hardship variance as provided for in Chapter 407, Article 1, Section 407.01(a) of the Alachua County Unified Land Development Regulations, to allow a manufactured home with an existing single family dwelling, in an “Agriculture” Zoning District on property located at 26131 Old Bellamy Road, High Springs

1. PETITION NO. 1955:
A request by Shirley Rose, owner for a Family Homestead Exception as provided for in Chapter 402, Article 23, Section 402.142(c)2, of the Alachua County Unified Land Development Regulations to create one (1) 1 acre parcel for Angelica C Fernow- Hegenbarth, daughter, with a residual of four (4) acres for Shirley Rose, owner, in an “Agriculture” Zoning District on property located at 7607 NW 205th St, Alachua, Florida
2. PETITION NO. 1956:
A request by Brown, Haaker, & Owen, Inc., for Marc & Kaye Linden, owner for a Subdivision variance (Subdivision Regulation) as provided for in Chapter 407, Article 8 Section 407.73(f)1 of the Alachua County Unified Land Development Regulations, to allow one split of parent parcel 4.48 acres of land to create two lots not fronting a public road to allow a single family dwelling home with an existing single family dwelling, in an “RE-1” Zoning District on property located at 9315 SW 14th Ave., Gainesville, Florida
