1. PETITION NO. 1945:
A request by applicant Chancey Padgett for Mason C. & Barbara A Padgett, owner for a hardship variance as provided for in Chapter 407, Article 1, Section 407.01, to allow a manufactured home with an existing manufactured home, and a variance in the (Subdivision Regulation) as provided for in Chapter 407, Article 8 Section 407.73(f)1 of the Alachua County Unified Land Development Regulations, to allow one split of parent parcel 24.75 acres of land to create two lots not fronting a public road in an “Agriculture” Zoning District on property located at 14236 SW 100th Ave, Archer, FL 32618
2. PETITION NO. 1946:
A request by L.A. Davis, owner, for a variance as provided for in Chapter 403, Article 2 – Rural/Agriculture, and Chapter 407, Article 8, Section 407.73(f)1 of the Alachua County Unified Land Development Regulations in the lot width yard setback from 250 feet to 200 feet in an “Agriculture” Zoning District on property located at 1410 NE CR 219A, Hawthorne, FL 32640.
